Cancellation
Please notify me 24 hours prior to appointment if you can’t make it and we can reschedule. If this happens on a regular basis, then you may be let go as a client.
No Show
If a client does no show or cancels frequently for their appointment without notifying me then you may get let go as a client.
Late Starts
If I am late to start your appointment you will still receive the full length of the service. If you are late I will not extend the length of the service; that time cuts into the time of the service and we will still end on time.
Emergency Situations
I get it, things happen. If an emergency arises please call or text to let me know and we can reschedule.
Intake and Confidentiality
To provide the best care, I require all new clients to complete a detailed intake form. This information is used solely for your treatment and is kept confidential. I take your privacy seriously and ensure all client records are securely stored and only accessible by authorized personnel.
By signing the informed consent and treatment agreement, you acknowledge that you understand my policies and consent to the proposed treatment plan. I am committed to protecting your personal information and will only release it when required by law or with your explicit consent.
Payment
Payment for services is due at the end of each session. I accept cash, credit/debit cards, and mobile payment apps.
Refunds
Refunds will not be provided for missed appointments or sessions that have already been completed.
Health and Safety
To ensure the safety and well-being of all clients and staff, I adhere to strict hygiene and sanitation protocols. All equipment and surfaces are disinfected after each session, and fresh linens are used for every client.
I practice rigorous hand hygiene and use personal protective equipment as needed. I ask that you reschedule if you are feeling unwell.
Ettiquite and Conduct
In my practice, I prioritize professionalism and respect in every client interaction. I am committed to punctuality, clear communication, and maintaining a clean and professional appearance.
During sessions, I ensure that all client interactions are respectful and that their comfort and preferences are always considered. I uphold strict confidentiality and handle any issues or concerns with care and promptness.
Misconduct
Any behavior that is deemed inappropriate, disrespectful, or in violation of these policies will not be tolerated. This includes, but is not limited to, inappropriate comments or actions, harassment, or any form of abuse. Clients who exhibit such behavior will be asked to leave immediately and may be denied future services.
My goal is to provide a safe and welcoming environment where clients feel valued and respected. I appreciate your understanding and cooperation in maintaining the professional standards of our practice.
